Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode and complete the entire purchase from start to finish in a private window. This often resolves the issue.
How to enable incognito mode:
Open Chrome.
Click or tap the three dots in the upper-right corner.
Select “New incognito window.”
A dark window will open — you are now in private mode.
Go to the online store and complete your purchase in this window.
