Starting from July 2025, when you log in to Epassi for the first time, you will be asked to set a PIN code. To do this, you must complete strong authentication using online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. If you do not have online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, please submit a support request here, and we will guide you further.
If you have already started using Epassi earlier, you must set a PIN code by August 31, 2025. After that date, Epassi cannot be used without a PIN code.
You can set your PIN code in the app under the "User" tab starting from early July 2025. If your device supports biometric login, you can use FaceID or fingerprint authentication after setting the PIN code. We do not store any biometric data — all authentication data remains on your device.
