Your employer determines which benefits are offered to employees and how long the benefits are valid. Generally, the benefits are valid for a calendar year and your benefit balance will be reset at the end of the year. After that the benefit is not avaialble.
You can check the validity of your benefits in the Epassi app in the Balances section. The benefit validity is shown in the "Benefit information" sheet. Remember to use your benefit during their validity period as unused benefit can't be used after it's expiration.
At the end of the employment the benefits usually expire on the last date of the employment. During longer absences, the employer can suspend the right to use the benefit. Policies may vary by employe. Please always contact your employer if your benefits are not available.
