Instructions for how to log in can be found here. If login still failes, please try the next steps:
- Make sure your phone number or email address is spelled correctly.
- Check your junk mail, the disposable code might be in there.
- Always use the last received disposable code. Each code can be used only once.
- Check from your employer which information has been registered to Epassi and use that information to login. Check also that your employer has added you as a beneficiary.
- If the application gives an authentication error, update your software and reinstall the Epassi application.
