If you’d like to accept Epassi payments from another benefit category, you’ll need to register with Epassi as a completely new service provider. You can do this via the Register as a service provider link.
Sport and culture benefits can be added under your existing registration via the “Sites” -> “New site” links (see the instructions below).
You can add a new site or benefit type by logging in to the online service as a service provider using your text-based username. Follow these instructions:
1. Select “Sites” in the administration panel.
2. Select “New site” to enter the details of the new location.
3. Select “Sport” (or another relevant type) as the location type from the drop-down menu.
4. Save, activate and save again.
The site will then be active and visible to customers!
If a site with the same name accepts two different benefits, we recommend adding the benefit type name to the end of the site's name. This makes it immediately clear to customers which benefit they can use to pay at the location.
A single service provider account cannot include the Lunch benefit and the Sport & Culture and Wellbeing benefits together. Service provider accounts must be separated as follows:
- Lunch benefit
- Sporti & Culture
- Massage
- Dental
- Health
- Commuting benefit
- Ergosafe
