What can you buy with the benefits?

Epassi Lunch
Epassi Lunch benefit is personal, so it can be only used for customer's own meals. It is intended solely for paying for meals and cannot be used to pay for alcohol, tobacco products, services or goods.

Epassi Contract Lunch
Epassi Contract Lunch is a system for arranging contract catering between employers and service providers. Epassi Contract Lunch tcan be used to pay for meal packages agreed in advance between your employer and the service provider.

On the last day of each month, Epassi prepares a self-billing invoice for the service provider covering contract lunch purchases, in accordance with section 5.4 of the Finnish Tax Administration’s instruction A214/200/2016 (Invoice requirements in VAT taxation). The self-billing invoice is made available to the service provider in Epassi’s online portal.

Epassi Sport
Epassi Sport benefit is personal, so it can be only used for services intended for user's own use. It cannot be used to pay for unpersonalised series tickets, goods or treatment services, such as massages. Epassi Sport can be used to pay membership or joining fees that themselves entitle the user to use the services.

Epassi Culture

Epassi Culture benefit is personal, so it can be only used for services intended for user's own use. Epassi Culture cannot be used to pay for unpersonalised series tickets, goods or treatment services. Epassi Culture can be used to pay membership or joining fees that themselves entitle the user to use the services.

Epassi Commuting
Epassi Commuting benefit is personal, so it can be only used for personal travel cards or other public transport fares approved by the Finnish Tax Administration. 

Epassi Massage
You can use the massage benefit only to pay for sports massage and classic massage.

Epassi Health
You can use the health benefit to pay for the following services subject to a 0% VAT rate:

• Medical services and other healthcare and medical treatment, as well as comparable services
• Foot care provided for healthcare purposes, delivered by a practitioner with training registered with Valvira
• Physiotherapy and other procedures and therapies that improve or maintain physical performance
• Laboratory services
• Radiology and other comparable imaging and examination methods
   

Epassi Dental Care
Can be used to pay for dental care provided for healthcare purposes and for you

Epassi OmaRaha
When making a targeted Epassi payment, such as Lunch, Sport, Culture, Commuter or Wellbeing, you can make an additional payment to cover the remaining balance of the purchase. The receipt will show how the total amount is divided between the targeted payment and the additional payment.
