How do I verify an Epassi payment?

The customer makes the payment in the Epassi app and shows the payment receipt on their phone at the cashier:

From the receipt view, you can check that the payment has been made to your specific business location. The receipt also shows the payment amount, time, date and verification code.
Ask the customer to show you their screen while they are approving the payment. If you are unsure, you can ask the customer to tap “Show receipt” on the receipt. This opens a new tab with more detailed payment information.

Four-character code.
This verification code changes per payment (in lifestyle sites) or daily (in restaurants) and is shown on all receipts issued. You can access the list of verification codes by signing in with your site's numerical username and selecting “Verification code list”. From this page, you can download the lists for the current and following month at the same time.

This app is designed for merchants to check payments in real time on a phone or tablet. You can find it in your app store by searching for Epassi for Merchants.
 

You can sign in to the app using your site’s username and password.
