Issues with paying with phone number or by text message?

In order to pay with a phone number or text message, your phone number must be added to your user information. You can add the phone number in the Epassi app via the "Users" tab or in our online service via "User Information".

Also check that the place accepts Epassi payments with the phone number or by text message!

Note! It is not possible to pay by text message when the sum exceeds the maximum amount for the Lunch Benefit.
