My phone number is still active at my former employer

You can only have one Epassi account with the same phone number, so your former employer should delete your information before activating the new employer's account.


Contact your former employer and ask them to remove you from the Epassi system. After this, your current employer can create a new Epassi account for you with your phone number.


If you work for two different employers and you are entitled to both employers' Epassi benefits, they should use different contact information for there accounts. So one employer can add youd account wiht email and the other can add it with phonenumber. You can link both of these accounts to your Epassi and the payment is done from the account which you have currently chosen active from the User view in the app.
