How do I accept a contract suggestion sent by a client company?

1. Log in to your Epassi merchant account at https://services.epassi.fi/ui/login
2. Go to the tab: Agreement management, and then to Agreements awaiting approval
3. Click the agreement suggestion you wish to accept to make it active, then press Confirm selection
4. Enter the required information in the open contact fields* and then select Confirm
5. The agreement suggestion is now accepted, and the client company's employees can use their wellbeing benefit at your outlet.

*All agreements must include the site contact person's name, email address, and phone number. This information is shared with the Employer party in case they have any questions about the agreement formed. The agreement does not include pricing information, so it is sufficient that the agreement has been accepted by you.

Automatic agreement approval:

Using your service provider credentials, you can enable automatic agreement approval. This means that all agreement suggestions sent to your sites will be approved in the Epassi system without you having to do anything.

When a agreement suggestion arrives, you will receive an email notification. The Epassi system approves agreements immediately upon arrival so that the contract takes effect within 48 hours.

How to enable automatic contract approval:

1. Log in to your Epassi merchant account at https://services.epassi.fi/ui/login
2. Go to the tab: Agreement management, and then to Agreement settings
3. Click "Approve agreements automatically" to activate it and press Save
4. Automatic agreement approval is now enabled.

Please note that agreement suggestions that are already in "awaiting approval" status will not be automatically approved when you enable automatic agreement approval. You must approve these agreements manually.
