Epassi is obligated to ensure that we know the merchants and service providers offering Epassi services and their operations. We must also regularly verify the accuracy of merchant and service provider information. If you have not yet completed the know your customer (KYC) survey, we ask that you do so via the following link. Customer due diligence is part of Epassi's statutory obligations, and completing it is mandatory in order for us to begin settling payments from Epassi users to your company. You can close the information request if needed and return to it later using the same link.
Customer due diligence information is processed in accordance with legislation on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, the General Data Protection Regulation, and the Data Protection Act.
