The outlet fee is a charge that Epassi always deducts in the settlement on the 1st of each month.
The outlet fee is €2.50/month + VAT.
The fee is charged for all outlets on the service provider account that have had €50.00 in sales during the previous month, regardless of the minimum settlement amount. If an outlet has not reached €50.00 in sales during the month, no fee will be charged for that outlet.
In recent years, the payment services industry has been affected by a significant tightening of regulation. New requirements, particularly regarding information security and payment monitoring, require us to make continuous investments in technology, systems, and processes. The costs of these changes are increasingly being allocated at the outlet level.
To ensure we can continue to provide a secure, reliable, and compliant payment service, we are updating our pricing to reflect the current cost structure.
The new pricing will take effect for settlements made on 1 September 2025.
