Epassi Lunch

The lunch benefit encourages your employees to take a lunch break and eat sensibly during the workday. Epassi Lunch is also a smart investment for your company, as the costs are tax-deductible.


You can offer the lunch benefit as a fringe benefit (added to salary) or as a payroll deduction, where the taxable value is deducted from the salary. Alternatively, the employee can pay the taxable portion using preloaded MyMoney, so no payroll deduction is required. The taxable value is 75 % of the lunch cost, with a minimum of € 8.60 in 2025. Any amount exceeding the taxable value can be paid with MyMoney.


Epassi Flex

Package your offered employee benefits into a single Flex wellness budget that employees can use freely for services of their choice. You can select the Epassi benefits that suit your company best. The employee receives one balance to use within the defined maximum values for each benefit.


Epassi Sport

With the sport benefit, your employees can buy a gym membership, go to the swimming pool, or join a tennis course. The benefit can also be used for sports club memberships or event participation fees. The combined value of sports and cultural benefits can be up to € 400 per year and must be offered to all employees. It is fully tax-deductible.


Epassi Culture

With the culture benefit, your employees can pay for items such as a museum card, festival ticket, or a ceramics course. It can be used for cinemas, sporting events, ticket offices, and R-kiosks. The combined value of cultural and sports benefits can be up to € 400 per year and must be offered to all employees. Fully tax-deductible.


Epassi Massage

The massage benefit can be used for classic or sports massage. The tax-free limit is € 400 per year. According to tax guidelines, the employer must establish a network for using the massage benefit, which can be easily done via Epassi’s contract tool.


Epassi Dental

The dental benefit can cover check-ups, fillings, and tartar removal. Cosmetic treatments, such as teeth whitening, are not included in the tax-free benefit.


Epassi Health

The employer can offer the health benefit as a voluntary supplement to mandatory occupational health services. Employees can use it for specialist visits, physiotherapy, podiatry, lab services, and nutrition counseling. The employer must document the content of voluntary health services in the occupational health plan. Health services and health benefits can be offered simultaneously.


Epassi Commuting

Your employees can conveniently reimburse trips between home and work with the commuting benefit. Epassi can be used for personal travel cards, season tickets in Stockmanns, R-kiosks and HSL service points (Itis, Pasila, Railway Square). Epassi can be added as payment method to HSL, VR and Matkahuolto apps. The benefit can be offered as an added salary or included in the salary. Tax-free up to € 3,400. If the benefit exceeds € 900, the employer must verify the actual travel costs.


Epassi ErgoSafe

Employers can contribute to employee work equipment, such as home office furniture, work clothes,and shoes, fully or partially, depending on purpose and health and safety requirements.
