According to anti-money laundering regulations, Epassi must know its customers. We may not enter into agreements or execute individual payment transactions with customers unless we know them well enough.
We have no doubt about the honesty of you or any of our other customers. We do not suspect you in any other way, but we trust that you will use Epassi in accordance with all applicable rules. All of our customers need to answer questions so we can prevent criminal activity and make Epassi even safer.
If you don't answer our questions, we are forced to restrict your options for using Epassi's services. After 31st August 2021, you cannot use your Finnair Plus points or add more MyMoney to Epassi.
