As a service provider, you always have two set of credentials - for service provider account and for site.
If you registered yourself, you also created the service provider username. The system creates the username for the site and it contains only numbers. You can change both passwords here by ordering password reset link with your username. Link will be sent to you to the email address given in service provider or site contact details.
Service provider and site passwords can also be changed by logging in with service provider username to Epassi merchant portal. From "company details" - "change information" you find change password for the service provider account. Site password can be changed under specific site's edit information section.
If you don’t know you username, please contact us. The service provider username is not an email address.
