Service providers in the Epassi merchant network always have two sets of login credentials for the Epassi service: service provider credentials and site credentials. Every site added to Epassi is linked to a service provider that has an contract with Epassi for processing payments. A single service provider account can include several locations.
1. Service provider credentials (a username chosen by you). The information shown under the service provider is visible only to Epassi and your company. You can access for example, settlement details, bank account details and all the materials needed for accounting. These credentials are usually used by the company’s management or owner. These credentials can also be used to manage the details of all sites. The provider username is not an email address.
2. Site credentials (a numerical username). The site is what the customer sees when making a payment, and its details determine, for example, the address shown for the location in the Epassi app. With the site credentials, you can view the day’s payment transactions, materials needed for cash reconciliation and the verification code list. These credentials can be used by the site's employees. You use the site credentials to log in to the Epassi Merchant app. The username cannot be changed and always remains the same for that location.
You can request a password reset link for both types of credentials using the username here: https://services.epassi.fi/lost_password?l=fi. The link will be sent to the contact person’s email address listed on the service provider or site account.
Both sets of credentials can be used to charge customers for one-off payments at Sport, Culture and Wellbeing locations.
