Once your employer has created an Epassi account for you, you'll receive a welcome message from Epassi via email or SMS. If you did not receive a message, check from your employer did they add you already as a beneficiary in Epassi system.
- Download Epassi app from App Store (iPhone) or Google Play-shop (Android). You can also set up your account in browser via https://services.epassi.fi/ui/login.
- Choose Finland as a country.
- Add your personal email address. You will receive an one-time passcode to your email.
- Perform the strong authentication with your Bank ID.
- Set up a PIN. You can also activate biometric .
- Find your benefits with your employer's email (or phone number).
