The employer must ensure that the beneficiary information in the Epassi-system is up-to-date, that persons who have left the employment relationship have been removed from the system and new employees have been added to the system.

Epassi Plus customers (+20 employees): Employees in the system will receive their benefits after the year has changed in automatic benefit-download.

Epassi GO customers (less than 20 employees): The employer will download new benefits to employees on the desired schedule.
