The service fee is calculated from the value of the benefit given to employees:

Lunch 2 %

Sport & Culture 4,7 %

Wellbeing 4,7 %

Commuting 4,7 %

Service fee is minimum 10 €/benefit/employee/year. Minimun fee does not concern Lunch benefit.
